I’m hard at work putting the recipes together for season two of Cooking With Keitha and am therefore in the middle of recipe testing! This of course makes my husband smile, but not always my children. The palates of my three year old children are not the same and neither are the sames as those of the grownups in the house!
It is always very flattering and somewhat surprising to have people tell me they enjoy the show. I had no idea so many people watched local cable. Just this past weekend, while at a bridal shower for someone I don’t know (she’s marrying into the family – brave girl) a woman approached me to say she watches every week. Given that there were only 8 episodes last season that is more than flattering.
I won’t post the recipes today but they will be posted after the air dates in the fall. Changes to the show this year include some very cool field trips that feature local farmers and food related guests. I cannot wait to for you to see some of the amazingly talented farmers in our area!
Our lineup of shows this year include recipes featuring seasonal ingredients, heritage vegetables, organic beef, lamb, quick cooking meals, honey and more!
